For SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, and related products, applicable terms established by Dassault Systèmes or its affiliates may apply in addition to any agreement you enter into with EngineerX.
EngineerX does not grant ownership of third-party software. Your rights to use such software are determined by the applicable license or subscription agreement.
5. Quotes, Orders, and Purchases
Requests submitted through the Website do not automatically create a contract or guarantee the availability of a particular product, license, service, discount, or promotion.
A purchase or service engagement may be subject to a separate quote, proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice, subscription agreement, license agreement, or other written agreement.
Pricing, payment terms, taxes, delivery terms, license periods, renewal terms, and other commercial conditions will be established in the applicable transaction documents.
EngineerX reserves the right to accept or decline an order or request where permitted by applicable law.

7. SOLIDWORKS Startup Program
Information regarding the SOLIDWORKS Startup Program provided through the Website is intended for general informational purposes.

Submitting information to EngineerX or requesting assistance with the program does not guarantee acceptance into the program or eligibility for any particular benefit.

8. Engineering, Consulting, Training, and Support Services
Engineering, implementation, consulting, training, technical support, CAD-related work, data conversion, IT services, and other professional services may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written terms.
The scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, and other requirements for such services will be defined in the applicable agreement.
Any estimated completion dates or timelines are subject to project requirements, customer cooperation, resource availability, technical conditions, and other factors relevant to the engagement.
9. Customer Responsibilities
When purchasing products or requesting services, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for EngineerX to process the request or perform the agreed services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any files, CAD data, designs, specifications, intellectual property, account information, or other materials supplied to EngineerX.
You are also responsible for reviewing project requirements, deliverables, license requirements, and other applicable terms before approving an order or project.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content, including text, graphics, layouts, designs, logos, icons, images, and other materials created or owned by EngineerX, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
